Hi,
I got weighed in at Weight Watchers again last thursday and I’m down -47.2 pounds so far (since 1/9/09). Hopefully when I weigh in again at the meeting tonight I will have lost more.

On another note, I came across a good webpage that lists lots of food alternatives/sustitutions for vegetarians or vegans. It’s at:
