Here’s what I ate on my vegan diet on 7/23/09:
Lunch: spinach salad, chickpeas, rice, onion, spouts, peas and corn
Dinner: Quinoa, black beans, lettuce, carrots and vegannaise in a whole wheat wrap and some macaroni salad made with vegannaise. Just ate half of this for dinner since I was full.
Snack: spice drops (candy) and pomegranate orange flavored red tea
