Here’s what I ate on my vegan diet on 7/21/09:
Lunch: Sauteed vegetables over Quinoa (tastes like rice but nutritionally better for you. Protein packed), and delicious herbed Potatoes. And a bottle of mint green tea. (picture below)
Dinner: big salad and some Sun Chips in original flavor, multigrain. Also pomegranate and orange brewed red tea from Publix’s deli section. That iced tea is so good.
Snack: organic green grapes and raw walnuts (rich in Omega 3’s).
