My vegan diet on 7/20/09:
Lunch: Steamed greens, paprika potatoes and black-eyed peas.
Snack: 2 organic cookies (vegan cookies that look like oreos filled with chocolate)
Dinner: Fortified Cereal with cinnamon and unsweetened vanilla flavored Almond Milk (A bowl of Kellogg’s Smart Start Strong Heart cereal in ‘original antioxidants’ flavor and a healthy cinnamon flavored cereal. Sometimes I’m in the breakfast mood and just like something light and vitamin packed for dinner)
