My diet 07-15-09

Here’s what I ate on my vegan diet on 7/15/09…

Lunch: Sauteed veggies (cabbage, carrots, zucchini, squash, onion), brown rice and italian herbed potatoes. Very filling.

Snacks: candy and cherries
Dinner: Falafel patty on a whole wheat bagel and veggie spring rolls.
