I was out of town yesterday but I’m back. Here’s what I had on my vegan diet on 7/13/09:
Breakfast: whole wheat bagel with low fat peanut butter
Lunch: Salad featuring spinach, green peas, chickpeas, cucumbers, carrots and a little of raspberry vineagrette dressing.
Snack: Dairy free chocolate
Dinner: Sauteed veggies, Adzuki beans and oregano potatoes (pic below).
