I was out of town. Now I’m back. So here’s what I ate on my vegan diet on 7/9/09:
Snack: Weight Watchers multigrain chips
Lunch: Steamed greens, baked sweet potato french fries, and veggie saute (carrots, onion, purple & green cabbage and zucchini).
Snacks: A slice of vegan chocolate cake from the health food store, and a handful of organic grapes and cherries.
Dinner: Whole wheat bagel with low fat peanut butter. Snack: Weight Watchers bar.
