My vegan diet on 6/29/09:
Lunch: Ancient Inca wrap (quinoa, black beans, red pepper, oregano, scallions, red wine vineger, vegannaise, carrots, lettuce, in a whole wheat wrap. see pic from 6/26.)
Dinner: Authentic italian pasta with freshly made tomato sauce with garlic, onion and chili flakes.
Snack: Black cherry jello cup (natural gel cup without gelatin. Vegan, fat-free and has 250% DV of Vitamin C.)
