Here’s what I ate on 6/28/09 on my vegan diet:
Lunch: Bowtie pasta with parsley, romaine lettuce, asparagus, black beans & corn, orzo, tabouli and pasta with marinara sauce. Very filling. And I had mint green tea with 100% vitamin C.
Dinner: I had a filling late lunch so later on I just had a bowl of fortified cereal with almond milk.
